Personal Training

This is personal training unlike what you have ever experienced before! I have been personal training since I was 20 years old and it’s during these 24 years that I have grown to understand there is more to being fit than exercise and diet alone. Holding both a Masters in Applied Exercise Physiology and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification I am fully aware of the need to balance stress (exercise) with periods of healing (de- stress). With my approach I attempt to create balanced programming in which one’s recovery and sleep patterns are considered of equal importance as the exercise itself. Every client is encouraged and guided to harmonize with their circadian rhythms to guarantee the best nights sleep possible. It’s during our recovery period our muscle, joints and bones can heal and grow. Each session consists of about 45 minutes of strength and interval style training along with 30 minutes of stretching, cool down and deep relaxation. Equipment utilized includes free weights, medicine balls, kettle bells, TRX, stability balls, sound healing gong, etc…

Rate: $80 per session, with sessions lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes; longer term commitments will receive a discounted rate
